1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bumble Design’s website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Bumble Design provides:

• Web design and development
• WordPress development
• Business automation solutions
• eCommerce site development

3. Project Engagement

All projects require:

• Signed proposal or agreement
• Upfront deposit (typically 50%)
• Clear scope of work definition

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables. We retain rights to pre-existing materials and general methodologies used.

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 14 days
• Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly service charge
• Project pauses after 30 days of non-payment

6. Limitation of Liability

Bumble Design’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Refund Policy

Deposits are refundable within 7 days of payment if work hasn’t commenced. Once work begins, refunds are prorated based on completed work.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Pune.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
